Abstract

dc:description.abstract

This study examined the possibility of teaching effectively to a class of widely varying abilities and intellects. A literature review of journal articles was conducted. Articles were chosen for their evaluation of benefits and drawbacks of inclusion pertaining to teachers attitudes, collaboration, and the inclusion movement. As the number of students participating in inclusion programs increases, levels of academic development will range greatly. Teachers will find themselves responsible for educating students of various educational levels. In order to do so effectively, teachers must collaborate with special education teachers, vary their instructional strategies and develop education teachers,, curriculum that can educate a multicultural classroom.
