Therefore, digital hegemony constitutes the most disputed purpose of the recent cultural scene starting from the categories of power, dominance or set of control techniques noo-politics exercised through digital media and that have made the emergence of a new area of sociality called, according to Serres extituciones. This is fundamentally expressed with the appearance and staging of captivating and suggestive technological resources, in comparison with the old didactic tools typical of disciplinary societies, founded on chalk, blackboard and the observance of strong rules. As a consequence, the traditional format to which teachers, students, authorities and communities were accustomed has been fractured which has had a strong impact on educational processes particularly on teaching and learning. Such a circumstance is a cause for concern on the part of the different agents, school and extracurricular involved in the training process. For this purpose, hermeneutic phenomenology will be adopted as a method to open the way to interpretation and critical analysis in this process. The importance is based on the study of social transformation as a result of the organization imposed by technological and informational development. Por consiguiente, la hegemonía digital constituye la finalidad más disputada del reciente escenario cultural, partiendo de las categorías de poder, dominio o conjunto de técnicas de control -noopolíticas- ejercidas a través de los medios digitales y que han hecho emerger un nuevo ámbito de socialidad denominado según Serres -extituciones-. Esto se expresa fundamentalmente con la aparición y puesta en escena de recursos tecnológicos cautivadores y sugerentes, en comparación con las viejas herramientas didácticas propias de las sociedades disciplinarias, fundadas en la tiza, pizarrón y en la observancia de reglas férreas. Como consecuencia de ello, se ha fracturado el formato tradicional al que estábamos acostumbrados docentes, estudiantes, autoridades y comunidades, lo cual ha ocasionado un fuerte impacto en los procesos educativos, particularmente en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. Semejante circunstancia, es motivo de preocupación por parte de los distintos agentes, escolares y extraescolares, involucrados en el proceso de formación. Para tal efecto, se adoptará como método a la fenomenología hermenéutica para abrir paso a la interpretación y análisis crítico en este proceso.
