Para poder realizar un análisis de esta reformulación, es necesario delimitar su concepto. Desde sus implicaciones sociales y psicológicas, interesan a este trabajo, señaladamente, los efectos jurídico-penales derivados, por lo que se propone un concepto de violencia de género digital con base en las conductas ofensivas para la mujer en el ámbito digital y merecedoras de reprobación.
