Un nuevo criterio interpretativo de los derechos fundamentales conforme a los tratados internacionales en el Derecho Constitucional Español

El objetivo central de esta, y tal como su título indica, se centra en estudiar los fundamentos jurídicos que hacen plausible calificar a los tratados internacionales de Derechos Humanos como canon interpretativo de los Derechos Fundamentales, así como en definir sus efectos jurídicos en el Derecho Constitucional Español.
