Fetuas, nawazil y ahkam andalusíes en la Tuhfat al-fawa,id (Sarh Tuhfat al-hukkam) de Abu Yahya Ibn , Asim al-Garnati (m. 857 H / 1453 J.C)

La tesis dedica a la Tuhfat Al-Fawaid (Sarh Tuhfat Al-Hukkam) de Abu Yahya Ibn Asim Al-Garnati (m. 857 h/1453 j.c), en la cual examina desde un punto de vista crítico los principales bloques temáticos (jurídicos, históricos, sociales, económicos, etc.) de las nawazil, eje central de este trabajo. El comentario (Sarh) contiene entonces, las nawazil: recopilación de fetuas de Al-andalus que son unas actas de jurisprudencia de hechos relacionados con estatutos personales o comunitarios. La mayoría de los aspectos importantes están relacionados con la historia del último periodo de la granada islámica, en la cual vivía Ibn Asim y de la que fue testigo y protagonista.
