Our intention is twofold: on the one hand, we rethink the vision of nineteenth-century Spain through the discourse of critics, writers and philosophers in their relationship with musical aesthetics, but also we establish the keys that can characterize this period (so convulsive from the point of political-social view), through the musical tour that Franz Liszt made in the Iberian Peninsula.
