The historical development and goal of these techniques, technologies and sciences has allowed, in turn, shape the field of Political Economy that, while it cannot be equalize to the fields of natural sciences, it have made possible for certain stretches of this economic field to achieve a high degree of scientificity. Due to its importance, we analyze the production of goods and services, thanks to the implementation of the operational research on the economic field as a more refined and accurate contemporary manifestation of these technical, technological and scientific developments. The application of these technologies on various areas of the relations of have a greatly influence on the price of goods, and the study of the same in the field of microeconomics requires taking into account the objective, concrete, and historical development of these technologies, because it leads us to a comparative analysis of the two more historically important theories of value that have tried to explain this conformation: the theory of marginal utility and the theory of the labor-value. The comparative analysis of both value theories is not purely economic, because in the weaving together between technologies and sciences also can be dislodged philosophical ideas. Our research is a \"interdisciplinary\" analysis between microeconomics, economic theory, sociology, political theory and philosophy. El desarrollo histórico y objetivo de estas técnicas, tecnologías y ciencias ha permitido, a su vez, conformar el campo de la Economía Política que, si bien no puede analogarse a los campos de las ciencias naturales, sí ha posibilitado que determinadas franjas de este campo económico alcancen un alto grado de cientificidad. Debido a su importancia, analizamos la producción mercancías, bienes y servicios, gracias a la aplicación de la investigación operativa al campo económico como manifestación contemporánea más perfeccionada y precisa de estos desarrollos técnicos, tecnológicos y científicos. La aplicación de estas tecnologías a diversos ámbitos de las relaciones de producción influye sobremanera en los precios de las mercancías, y el estudio de los mismos en el ámbito de la microeconomía requiere tomar en cuenta el desarrollo objetivo, concreto e histórico de estas tecnologías, pues obliga a un análisis comparado de las dos teorías del valor más importantes históricamente hablando que han tratado de explicar esta conformación: la teoría de la utilidad marginal y la teoría del valor-trabajo.
