Aportaciones al conocimiento del proceso de glicosilación en levaduras: Aislamiento y caracterización de mutantes de Saccharomyces Cerevisiae con defectos en dicho proceso

En este trabajo, describimos el aislamiento y caracterización parcial de mutantes no condicionales de Saccharomyces cerevisiae que muestran defectos en la glicosilación de proteínas. Los mutantes muestran una baja afinidad por el colorante básico "alcian blue" y por esta razón los llamamos mutantes Idb (baja unión de colorante).
