Triptófano, melatonina y ritmos de actividad/inactividad en animales diurnos y niños lactantes.: Fagocitosis y metabolismo oxidativo

Esta tesis doctoral ha tratado de estudiar el efecto del aminoácido esencial triptófano sobre la hormona melatonina y su posterior acción sobre el sistema inmune y el sueño, en animales de experimentación diurnos. Además del efecto que ejerce dicho aminoácido triptófano sobre el sueño de niños lactantes, alimentados exclusivamente con lactancia materna.
