This thesis investigates traffic noise pollution's health/environmental impacts, motivated by high-density urban experiences worldwide It reviews noise sources, effects, mitigation strategies, and compares ICE (Volkswagen SUV) and EV (Renault) noise at 10, 30, 50 km/h via SoundCam 2.0 acoustic imaging on a quiet road.
