This Little Light of Mine: The History of The Amalgamated Nursery School
Abstract
dc:description.abstract<p>This research focuses on the history of one small nursery school to analyze the factors that influenced the school: the labor unionists founders, the changing neighborhoods of the Bronx, the Progressive Education Movement and the Women's Leadership Movements that helped define and support the school.
