I will begin by examining my onboarding process as a new member of an already-established team. This exploration will allow for my observation of how Women’s Studies Quarterly has been forced to adapt to the challenges of the persistent pandemic, and more specifically the challenges brought by grief in the mourning of the late general editor Dr. Brianne Waychoff.
