Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe Health and Physical Education program -within the American school has constantly been challenged by the ever- changing social and environmental aspects of man in his process of life. Each of the Omaha Public High Schools shares a proportionate amount of responsibility to prepare its students to live a healthier, fuller, and more intelligent life. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the health and physical education program within the Omaha public high schools to determine to what degree this challenge is being met.
