The growth of the school membership in the last twenty years is studied as it affects expenditures for debt service and current expenses. The school revenue problem is also considered for the years before and during the depression, and the effect the large reduction in revenue has, and will have upon the Omaha Public School finances, unless some changes are realized in the present statutes or some other relief is obtained.
