It is the object of this thesis to attempt the construction of a satisfactory four-year teacher-training curriculum which will fulfill the certification requirements of the States represented in this province at the same time leading to a Ph. B. degree. Beginning with the postulancy the first three years of the course are devoted to pre-service training which should be completed by the end of the second semester following the Sister's first profession.
