dc:description.abstractThe "Interlocking Vocabulary of Primary Text books in Reading" is a by-product of the educational research which was begun in the spring of 1934 at the request of Mr. Ferdinand J. Brahm, Editor of Benziger Brothers Inc., under the supervision of the Rt. Rev. Msgr. M.A. Schumacher, M.A., and of the Very Rev. Msgr. William R. Kelly, LL.D., superintendent of Schools in the Archdiocese of New York, in preparation for the construction of the Living My Religion Series of the Revised Baltimore Catechisms.
