The intent is to examine the totality of the project from start to failure -with the goal of establishing substantative observations and recommendations for future studies in the field of executive motivation. The analysis will include an evaluation of gathering data by means of a mailed questionnaire and classification and interpretation of this data utilizing the Critical Incident Technique.
