It has been three centuries now since the Bard of Avon was laid to rest and during that time many scholars have devoted countless hours of research in order to piece together as many facts as possible of the life of William Shakespeare. Some have given years; others have spent their whole lives gathering bits of information about this writer who has often been acclaimed the greatest poet in English Literature.
