To determine whether or not the sodium salt of 5-(p-acetoxy-phenyl)-4,6 diearbethoxycyclohexanedione-1,3 when injected into a living animal (dog) will cause prolongation of the animal’s bleeding time, coagulation time or prothrombine time and thus serve as an anticoagulant.
