A terápiamenedzsment-programok létjogosultsága, eredményessége és gazdaságossága = Rationale, Effectiveness and Economy of Therapy Management Programmes

Empirikus kutatásommal arra szeretnék választ találni, hogy egy átfogó terápiamenedzsment-program eredményességét miként lehet vizsgálni objektív, tudományos eszközökkel, vagyis azt próbálom mérni, hogy egy program hatására miként alakul a páciensek beteg-együttműködésének mértéke. A program eredményességének mérése során azt próbálom meg kimutatni, hogy a terápiamenedzsment-programban részt vett páciensek 3-6-12 hónapos perzisztenciája miként viszonyul a kontrollcsoportéhoz képest. ____ With my empirical research, I will try to establish how to assess the effectiveness of a comprehensive therapy management programme using objective, scientific methods. I will try to measure how the implementation of such a programme impacts the levels of patient adherence. I will try to compare the 3, 6 and 12-month persistence values of the patients that participate in the therapy management programme with those of the control group.
