A nagyüzemi konyhakömény termesztés mai technológiájához igazodva a tenyészterület, illetve a tápanyag-utánpótlás kérdéseit vizsgáltam. Három éven át, kisparcellás kísérletben tanulmányoztam háromféle sortávolság és hatféle tápanyag-kijuttatás (különös tekintettel a nitrogénre és a káliumra) hatását az egyéves konyhakömény fontosabb morfológiai és produkciós jellemzőire (növénymagasság, tövenkénti ernyőszám, ezer kaszat tömeg, tövenkénti terméshozam, egységnyi felületről betakarítható terméshozam, illóolaj-tartalom, d-karvon-tartalom és csírázóképesség). Az eredmények értékelését kiterjesztettem a két tényező kölcsönhatásának, az évjárat hatásának, továbbá a konyhakömény vizsgált tulajdonságai közötti összefüggések elemzésére is. / === / The aim of my research was the optimization of conditions of production technology of annual caraway (Carum carvi var. annuum) on chernozem meadow soil in the South Great Plain. Taking into account the Hungarian technology of large scale caraway production the influence of row space and fertilizer treatment was studied. The main questions of my study were the following: 1. Which properties of the plant are influenced by the row space? 2. How can the quantity and quality of crop optimized by nutrient supply (with special respect to the N and K demand? 3. To what extent does the influence of these factors depend on the weather conditions of the given years? 4.
