<p>Shaw High School is unique among the high schools Columbus. Shaw is the only high school in Columbus to utilize team teaching and open space education. The origins of Shaw High School are narrated within the context of a generation of national experimentation with open space education, and the contributions of key individuals to the school's development are described.</p>
