Bounds for the Spectral Mean Value of Central Values of L-functions
Abstract
dc:descriptionWe prove two results about the boundedness of spectral mean value of Rankin-Selberg L-functions at s = 1/2, which is an analogue for Eisenstein series of X. Li's result for Hecke-Maass forms.
