China is the EU's second-largest trading partner. At the same time, the EU has been China's top trading associate for a decade. China and the EU signed the \"Deepen the China-EU Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for Mutual Benefit and Win-Win Cooperation\" in 2014, which means that China and the EU are willing to cooperate closely.
