Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe problem, as it related to the school district's request to develop a program for training teacher aides, was perceived to lie in the development of teacher aide recruiting materials, a program curriculum, and the implementation of the program. This study concerns itself with the development of a portion of the needed recruiting materials.
