dc:description.abstractThis study measured the changes in physical fitness and motor ability that occurred among comparable groups who participated in two different physical education programs. Specifically the study determined what changes in physical fitness and motor ability development occurred among sophomore boys at Central Kitsap High School who participated in two different programs.
