Abstract
dc:description.abstractNever before in the history of the world has one country spent so much time and money in an attempt to educate all of its citizens. The United. States government realizes that the service personnel work better and are happier if their families can be with them. The men that make the laws also know that their children must be educated, hence this great overseas school system was initiated in the various services.
