An attempt to Organize Criteria into a Self-Evaluation Form for the Elementary Teachers (Grades 1-8) in Lewis County

It was the purpose of this study (1) to find criteria used in teacher evaluation; (2) to evaluate the criteria for a self-evaluation form; (3) to organize a self-evaluation form for elementary teachers (Grades 1·8) in Lewis County; and (4) to assist, in any way possible, in keeping the professional standards of teachers equal to or above the standards of other professions.
