dc:description.abstractThe major aim in undertaking the study was to examine the position of Head Resident by soliciting the views of student Personnel officials, Head Residents, and faculty persons, Further, it was the author's hope that a result of the study might be a clarification of the Head Resident position, based upon a composite viewpoint of the respondents of the study.
