Legal Liability of School Principals for Their Torts in Washington State
Abstract
dc:description.abstractAccording to the laws of the State of Washington, school districts, administrators, and teachers are liable for all of their torts. Since principals are not immune from tort suits, the purposes of this study were (1) to suggest measures to minimize exposure of principals to tort suits, and (2) to suggest measures of protection against such suits.
