A Study of the Influence of Boy Scout Experience on Educational Achievement
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to compare the academic achievement of boys involved in Scouting with that of boys who were non-scouts but who had equal aptitude for learning as measured by standardized intelligence tests. The null hypothesis, that there was no difference in achievement between scouts and non-scouts of equal basic ability, was tested.
