Evaluation of the Non-Graded Primary Reading Program at Munich Elementary No. 1
Abstract
dc:description.abstractIt was the purpose of this study to (1) evaluate the implementation procedures of the nongraded reading program at Munich Elementary No. l; (2) determine whether reporting and recording student progress met the needs of the students and teachers; (3) discover any difficulties inherent in the present system of assigning and grouping children; and (4) relate the level of achievement experienced in this program to the previously employed program as revealed by an opinion survey of the teachers involved in the program.
