Abstract
dc:description.abstractIt was the purpose of this study (1) to explore, analytically and aesthetically, the recent movement in the art world known as Op art; (2) to investigate the principles of perception which are utilized in such work; and (3) to produce in painting and construction media examples of these optical gymnastics.
