A Survey and Analysis of Teacher Credentials in the State of Washington
Abstract
dc:description.abstractSuperintendents and personnel directors involved in hiring certified personnel turn to the teacher credential as a vital source of information. Currently, there is a great deal of difference in the information included in the credential depending upon which placement office prepared the document. This research study has attempted to establish the types of information that would be most beneficial to superintendents and personnel directors in their efforts to secure qualified personnel.
