Abstract
dc:description.abstractIt was the purpose of this study (1) to evaluate the physical fitness of swimmers; (2) to evaluate the cardiovascular-respiratory responses and strength to a swimming program; and (3) to present various physical fitness tests results which were administered to a sampling of boys and girls ranging from ages seven to fifteen.
