The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the variety and degree of specific skills selected businessmen in Yakima desire in the office employees they hire; (2) the degree of importance they attach to work habits and related educational knowledges and skills; and (3) the personal characteristics and traits they find most desirable in office personnel.
