dc:description.abstractThe purpose of this investigation was to determine whether or not a handbook should be developed for beginning basketball coaches. Specifically, this investigation was designed to answer the following questions: (1) Do “AA” high school coaches use coaching handbooks? (2) What materials are included in these handbooks? and (3) If “AA” high school coaches did not have a handbook, what material did they think should be in a handbook?
