Delayed Reinforcement and Delayed Response in Discrimination Learning of Developmentally Retarded Children

As a preliminary investigation of delay factors in discrimination learning, the present study was designed primarily to contrast the effect of a short delay in response with the same duration of delay of reinforcement in order to evaluate the possibility that reinforcement-delay alone during the standard response-delay experiment is responsible for decremental effects.
