Five different techniques for the solution of three-dimensional compressible flow in a duct are examined in detail. A comparison with M. Vavra&apos;s results (11) is given for an accelerating bend with axisymmetric flow. The inlet to an annular wind tunnel is examined for different swirl velocities.
