Family Health International and Ghanaian MOH intend to implement a prevention of mother-to-child-transmission in the Kassena-Nankana district using VCT and NVP. The success of the use of VCT and NVP for the prevention of mother-to-child-transmission of HIV depends on new effective and sustainable they are implemented and patronized.
