Ruthenium and osmium complexes as catalyst precursors for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis
Abstract
dc:description.abstractRuthenium complexes of several types have been synthesized, supported on silica and their activity in CO hydrogenation was investigated in order to determine the cluster size of surface Ru atoms required for the formation of hydrocarbons. Previous studies have shown that more than one metallic site is needed for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
