IVR servers are telephony-based applications that allow a user to interact with a series of menus in order to retrieve information. For many years users have commonly used key pads to interact with IVR servers. As a result users have experiences numerous benefits in obtaining information from these servers. However, speech recognition is fast becoming a popular way of interacting with IVR servers. ...
