High degree atrioventricular block in acute inferior myocardial infarction
Abstract
dc:description.abstractAcute inferior myocardial infarction is generally associated with a benign course and low in-hospital mortality. However, a group of patients with high degree atrioventricular block has significantly increased mortality. Although some of the prognostic factors associated with increased mortality have been identified, the explanations for these remain less than satisfactory.
