Using the stress electrocardiograph (ECG) exercise tolerance test (ETT) in an emergency department (ED) to assess low-risk patients with suspected acute coronary syndrome (ACS)

dc:description.abstractThis study examines the outcomes of a group of low-risk patients with uncertain diagnosis, who were seen at a rural health facility. A stress ECG was performed on the patients within 24 hours of the onset of pain, with those with negative tests subsequently being discharged.
