An exploration of the experiences of select women informal traders in the City of Cape Town
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis study focuses on what has changed and what has remained the same for women in post 1994 South Africa as far as women informal traders in the City of Cape Town (CBD) are concerned. The study shows that despite Legislative and Constitutional changes at the practical level women remain economically and socially disenfranchised.
