The sample consisted of 58 male and female teachers. Data was collected by means of three measures including a Biographical Questionnaire, Symptomatology Check List Revised (SCL-90-R) and the Sense of Coherence Scale (SOC-29) also known as the Orientation to Life Questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and the Spearman Rank Order Correlation was utilised to meet the aims of the study.
