An inventory of rugby-related spinal cord injuries in South Africa
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe aim of this research was to establish an inventory of rugby-related spinal cord injuries that occurred in South Africa between 1980 and July 2007, and to expand the knowledge of the risk factors. Analysis of this information may lead to improved prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of spinal cord injuries among rugby players at all levels.
