Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe cerebellum is known to be very susceptible to prenatal exposure to alcohol and people affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) show a decrease in cerebellar volume. Unfortunately, there seems to be little work that focuses specifically on cerebellum tissue segmentation. We set out to produce a method, as automated as possible, that segments the cerebellum into grey and white matter, capturing as much of the fine detail as possible.
