Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis research is about a targeted response to poverty. The poverty alleviation programme in question is the South African National Housing Subsidy Scheme, and the thesis aims to bring together issues of child poverty and housing policy. In doing so, it addresses a number of gaps in the child poverty and housing literature.
