One of Kurt Lewin's most famous aphorisms is “there is nothing so practical as a good theory”. But that was only half of his message, this study also supports the other part, that “nothing contributes more to good theory than practice”. The common keyword that connects every chapter is founded on the purpose-driven approach to business longevity. Purpose defined as an aspirational reason for being that is grounded in humanity and inspires a call to action.
